insert real time to EXVCEL spread sheets?

Hi,
How can one insert the real time into a ceel and later use it?

The function now() will put in the current time (and date).

Of course this will update as time goes by. So copy it and Edit | Paste
Special into another cell as Value and it will not then change. Format this
cell as Time and you will see it as 16:34:55, or 16:34, or whatever, and not
as Excel's date/time value.

CRTL + SHIFT + ;(semi-colon) will insert the current time in a cell.
