You want to know if there is a keyboard shortcut for insert picture from
file. As far as I know there is none. In Word you can create your own
shortcuts. But I don't think this is possible to do in PPT.
To access the insert picture quickly you can always click on the insert
picture icon in the drawing toolbar though.
