Insert Logo into PPT Picture is Blank

OP = XP Office 2002 sp3 - word2003 sp1

Trying to insert company logo, but picuter is BLANK....Any ideas?

Logo is a Tagged Image File Format (TIFF)

I am able to insert logo in word 2003 sp1 no problem.......

Office 2002 and Word 2003 on the same computer?
When you install two versions, the graphics filters for the most recent version
get installed, wiping out those from earlier versions. Generally they're
compatible but not always. You may have found an incompatibility.

You can probably get stuff into PPT the long way round, though: insert it into
Word, then copy, switch to PPT and Paste Special, As PNG

Incidentally, if you have lots of TIFFs to import, it'd be faster to run them all
through a batch converter to make PNGs of them; those will likely come directly
into PPT w/o any problems (ie, no need to sidetrip through Word).

IrfanView is a great piece of software for this and it's free.
