Insert existing email into new email message in OutL00k 2003?

Is there a way to insert an email into a new email message in Outlook 2003?
In OL 2000 you could insert an existing email into a new email by choosing
Insert/item on the toolbar. "Item" is not a choice in OL2003.
 
Not when using Word as the e-mail editor.When using Word as the editor
you'll need to press on the little down arrow on the paperclip icon in the
Toolbar. Drag & drop also works BTW ;-)
