insert email as attachment

How do you insert an email received as an attchment to a new message you
send out

Drag it from where it is to where you want it to be. I.e., open the old
message containing the attachment and drag the attachment to the new
message. It will then attach there.
 
Thanks, but I should have phrased my question more precisely, namely:

How do you insert as an attachment to a new message an email you have
received.

Open the new message and then drag the received message from the Inbox to
the Compose window.
