To Microsoft: I use MS Outlook 2003. I have defined several e-mail
signatures but do not have a default for new messages. When I want to insert
one, I must go to options, choose and select the signature, then cut and
paste it. MS should provide an "insert" button on the options - e-mail
signature tab to insert the chosen signature into the e-mail message.
