Insert data returned from Procedure at 46th Row

I have a procedure which returns records. I need to Insert data
starting from 46 row. Each time the sheet is refreshed, data should be
refreshed.

How can I do this programatically.

It depends entirely on the procedure that "returns records".
Perhaps you could provide a few more details.

Procedure will return diffrent number of rows each time its refreshed.
But the first result row should be 46th row of the worksheet.
