insert chaptes on table of contents

Is it possible including the chapter name and title in the same line
(entrance) of a table of contents in word?
 
What would be the difference between the chapter name and title? Do you mean
chapter number and title? Yes, if you have used numbered headings, or you
can add numbering to the TOC style.
