insert CD

Hi!

If I insert a CD an Explorer window pops up showing its
contents. How can I supress this?

My Computer, right click the CD drive, Properties, AutoPlay tab, change the
action taken when a CD is inserted, OK.

In My Computer, r-click the drive, take Properties. On the AutoPlay
page, select 'Mixed content' in the types drop-down, then click in
Select Action, highlight 'No Action' and click Apply.

Next time you put in a disk, it may still come up with offerings - if
you select No Action there and check the 'always do this' it ought to
get the idea that you mean it
