insert attachement problem

Hi!

I have outlook xp and the following problem:
when I make a new Mail and insert an attachement then I change to drive c
and open there a folder with my word document.
This takes about 1 minute. The same on every folder of drive c.
what is the reason for that?

Clear your Internet History in Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab
General. It could be that Explorer is looking for a cached weblocation.
