Insert as Shortcut

In Outlook 2000, when inserting a file into a message, you could choose the
option "Insert as Shortcut" on the window where you are choosing your file.
This is if Rich Text is set as your default email editor.

In Outlook 2003, I am not finding this option available. I have Rich Text
as my email editor. I am only seeing the following optoins available:

Insert
Insert as Text
Insert as Attachment
Insert as Hyperlink

Any information that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Choose Insert as Hyperlink. Shortcuts (lnk-files) are blocked by default so
you want to stop using file based shortcuts and use text based shortcuts
instead.
