Can somebody help me? I described my problem under question "Data input". I
can not proceed with my work, and I can not resolve the problem. Please help
me.

Please continue your discussions with Rick Brandt and Scubadiver in the
original thread. In particular, you have demonstrated that you are able
to see the properties of the form, so I suggest you respond to Rick's
request for the form's Record Source property.
