On my Windows XP Pc,

Everytime a new user logon , i have to install the correct keyboard

How can i force the keyboard settings for all users on my
windows xp . (Registry)?

Log in as the machine Administrator account and set the keyboard. That
is what New User picks up settings from.

Thats for the logon screen ,
but i mean the keyboard setting after logon.

just tried this, but doesn't work

Logon as administrator and remove all keyboard layouts except that
partiular layout that the default user (as well as others) needs.
