Input information on website?

How do you make a website where people can enter
information directly on the website page. I have started
making a website using Frontpage 2000. Can this be done
using Frontpage 2000. Appreciate all the help.

It's called a submission form.
Open FrontPage, create a new blank page and then click Form Page Wizard
