inoculate personal edition

I have installed the program Inoculate Personal edtion but cannot delete it from Windows. Help
 
Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs - see if it is listed there to uninstall it
If not, use Windows Explorer, rightclick the file and click Delete or use Search t
delete it.
 
Anyone else have any ideas how to delete this shareware program , it just keps staying on there

Go to the vendor's site, select support, and ....
