INSUFFICIENT DISK SPACE INMEM000.REM

Any ideas as to what causes this and how to resolve it.
I've done many searches and have found nothing of any use.

I think that a file of that name is created by the Borland Database Engine
(BDE) under certain conditions.

However, noone is going to be able to help you unless you provide a lot more
details.
