Inking on Word isn't appearing on PDF

I was marking up docs in Word 2007 using ink on my Tablet PC. I then used
email with a PDF attachment. When I went into my sent box and opened the PDF,
the marked up ink was not there (only the original document). Any
suggestions??

I've had that happen when using OneNote and printing to Adobe Acrobat 7 for
e-mail. I've found that when I make the PDF attachment, I have to select
"Document and Stamps" under the "Comments and Forms" area on the main PDF
creation screen in order for any annotations to show up. Maybe it's the same
thing for Word?

I just tried marking up a One Note document and the markup did showup on the
mail to PDF document I created. I wonder why it doesn't work when I do the
same thing from MS Word?
