initializing actovex

I'm using a program "Exact" witch uses an Excel add-in.
Every time Exact starts using Excel, a message is shown that an ActiveX
component is intizializing. I have to choose OK every time.

Their 2 pc's with this problem, my other pc's are working fine with this
add-in.

I'm Using Office XP SP2

How can i solve this problem?

Hi keesb,

Thats a windows setting. Go to Control Panel>Internet settings>Security
tab>Custom Level button and disable automatic prompting for ActiveX
controls.
