Initial Set Up

I have completed my set up and when I test my account setting is fails at the
send a test e-mail. it gives an error that it was unable to send a test
e-mail and wants me to verify that my e-mail is correct. My e-mail is entered
correctly and it still won't work....Help???
 
Are you properly authenticating to your outgoing mail server so that your ISP
knows it's you sending out messages through its servers?
