Every time I startup, I get a message "Failed to
initialize Infrared Remote Hardware". How do I eliminate
it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks. I tried. Alas, there are 839 sites to look at. Any
other ideas?

Where are all the Microsoft boffins who can solve this
little matter?
