Hi Nat,

First is IrDA turned on in your BIOS (some machines require that IrDA be turned on in the BIOS)? Second, is the printer using
the IrDA standard? Third have you installed the drivers for the IrDA port? Fourth, have you installed the drivers for the
printer and set it to your IrDA port?

In order for anyone here to help you, we need more information. What laptop are you using? What printer are you using? Do you
get an error dialog box when you try to print to the printer?

Have you tried your IrDA port with any other device to make sure that your laptop is working properly? The easiest way to test
the port is with a Palm. You can also use your Palm to send a document to your printer to verify that the printers IrDA is
working properly.

I use my HP Pavilion zd7010us laptop (using WinXPhe) computer with my Sipix printer with no problems. I also use IrDA to hotsync
my laptop and Palm Tungsten|T.

Ciao . . .
