Information from multiple worksheets to repeat on a single one

How do i get information from multiple worksheets to repeat and auto-update
on a single worksheet. Basicallly i have a lot of worksheets and i need to
list the information from each of the sheets into a long index list and i
would rather not have to do this manually as several people have access and
therefore would prefer to be able to do it automatically. Cheers
