Information Bar - ActiveX blocking on local files?

I'm a web designer and every time I try to test a local HTML file out of
Dreamweaver that has a simple javascript (like an image roll over) I get the
Active X blocking information bar that I have to approve before I can fully
test the webpage.

Is anyone else running into this issue? Does anyone know how to fix this so
it doesn't come up anymore?

I appreciate anyone and everyone's help...

Try going to internet optionss.advanced tab..scroll down to security and put
a check in Allow active content to run in my computer.
