I installed SP3 without problems, but everytime I start-up my computer I get
a window about Windows info, showing the version number, to whom it has
been licenced, etc. Is there a way to get rid of this prompt on my desktop at
startup?

Assuming you're referring to WinXP SP3 and you installed it via Automatic
Updates or Windows Update website (not manually and not a beta or RC build):

Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for
Windows XP, but only for Service Pack 3 (SP3), until 14 Apr-09. Chat and
e-mail support is available only in the United States and Canada.
