Hello Carey (or anyone expert).
I followed the link above you suggest in a post in this newsgroup and I
downloaded that.
Installed, full scan, nothing found, no problem.
I go back to OE6 and the Hotmail syncro doesn't work anymore:
I'm only getting the header and not the body of the
message.
The subject (changed from my original) says:

Unable to locate messageContent-Type:text/plain; charset=us-asciiAn error
has prevented from locating the message.

If I go into the Hotmail web site, the message is there in full.
When I try to send in OE6, I'm getting this error:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Hotmail', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number: 0x80004005

Any ideas?

Steffo

A follow up = I'm using my old PC right now and there are no problems
with Hotmail at all.
I think the Windows Spyware Beta program is blocking my OE/Hotmail syncro.
I don't have that in the old PC and I will have to uninstal it from my new
one unless
there's a setting I change.
Any suggestions of what I should check?
Thanks.

Well, I had no choice and I uninstalled the program.
Now OE and Hotmail are friends again.
