Infected by publishing my email in one of the news group

Don't make the mistake I made. I published my email in a
message and now I am recieving 60+ emails a day from the
SWEN virus servers. Anyone have any Ideas how to stop the
thing?

change your email address and never, never use it in a newgroup without
munging it or using a throw-away address like those offered by sneakemail.
These virii harvest anything that even looks like an email address and add
it to the database. It's done automatically. Symantec has a list of the
NGs that these virii scan, and all MS groups are in the mix.
