In the \windows\INF folder there is, usually, a corresponding .PNF file for
each .INF in the folder.
Recently, while looking in this folder I found that there are now a few
..PNFs with no corresponding .INFs.
Can the orphaned .PNFs now be deleted?
If not, why are they still there if the .INF is gone?
