Inetcomm.dll error

When i Send/receive messages i get an error and Outlook
2003 quit.
In Event Viewer I see that he got an error in
Inetcomm.dll.

Even if I try to start Outlook Express he crashes
immediately.

I've tried to install latest updates with "Office Update"
and reinstall Microsoft Office but nothing.

Any ideas?
