individually themed pages

When I try to change the theme for my website in FP2002
there are 2 pages that are unaffected when I apply the
change.

I select Format -> Theme, then select "Apply theme to: All
pages", choose a new theme and then click OK. When I click
OK, a dialog box says that "individually themed pages will
not be modified". I never intended to have "individually
themed pages" in the first place, so how do I remove the
individual formatting from these pages so that when I
apply a new theme to my website ALL pages are changed?

Thanks in advance!

You can't have different themes, it's all one theme...but you can - not apply a theme to pages too.

OK, I figured it out with Net55's suggestion. Although, I
didn't remove the line as you suggested. Instead, I
modified it like this...

**********************************
BEFORE:
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="zero 1010">

AFTER:
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="zero 1010, default">
**********************************

Notice the word 'default' in the AFTER part. That fixed
it! I added the word 'default' to 2 pages in my web and
now I'm able to apply a new theme to the entire site!

Thanks for your help. I was in the process of rebuilding
the site, page by page, when I got your reply. You have
saved me about 2 to 3 hours of work. Thank you so much!

Yes, subwebs are completely independent of the web they are created in.

Then this would be a solution to the initial question or would navigation be a problem
Navigation problem does not jump out at me right now, but then I tend to miss (spelled mess) things now and then.

Navigation between web/subweb is not a problem.

You can apply different themes to different pages in a web or subweb, as long as one of them is applied as the default

really? didn't know that. I had tried it a couple of times and got so confused that I abandoned the idea and just created a modified theme for the whole mess.
