I have XP Home SP3

What is Indiv01.tmp which I cannot delete as ir says it is a system file?

It is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM\Cache

It's a normal condition for that file to exist. Temp files on a computer
work like a scratch pad. They exist to hold temporary data that isn't
permanent. As long as the process that creates the temp file is active
the temp files cannot be removed.

DRM is Digital Rights Management, a controversial way to protect
copyrighted material.
