Indirect Formula

I have inherited a spreadsheet from a former employee and cannot figure
out the Indirect formula he used. Can someone explain the following:

INDIRECT("'"&$A16&"'!G15")

Thanks

The formula looks for the value in the cell A16 of the current worksheet,
that will probably contain a worksheet name, and shows the value of cell G15
of that referenced worksheet.
There is no dollar sign in front of the the row number, so that reference
will change if the formula is copied in a different row.

Hope this helps,
Miguel.
