Indexing in Outlook 2007

Hi,

My outlook hasnt indexed all the mails in the inbox for instant searching.
it always shows <number>mails are yet to be indexed and since it is not
fetching the exact response when i try to search for specific mails. Hos can
i index all the mails in my inbox? can some one guide me in this?
