Hi everyone.

I created an index but it is sorted alphabetically. How do I get it to sort
itself in the order in which the information appears in the document?

The idea of an index is normally to list the entries alphabetically so that
users can easily find a specific word or term. It sounds as if it is rather a
table of contents (TOC) you need. A TOC lists entries in the order they
appear in the document. For help on creating a TOC, see the following
