Index table and header/footer

Hi

I build a word template2007 for my documentation

The chapter and description are place in the header.

Chapter use header 1
Description use header 2

At the beginning of the document i place an index table.

The table is unable to retrieve the information i place in the header to
build my index able... any suggestion?

The header is not in the document text area, however it appears that you are
using STYLEREF fields in the header (if not you should be) to pick up Header
1 and Header 2 style information from the document. It is that - the text in
the document formatted with those styles - that should be indexed.
