index page

I was ready to publish my newly changed index.htm page
when I noticed there was a question mark besides the
title and the mention ''conflict'' under the state
column, in the list in the left hand pane. I can't figure
out what could be the problem. Any idea? Thanks

Hi Diane,

What happens when you publish it? I am thinking that it's trying to
determine a timestamp or something similar. Just a thought.

Just noticed that the index file is named ''index.htm''
on my computer and is named ''index.html'' on the
server.Could it be the conflict? If so which one do I
rename. thanks

The one on the server needs to be .html
Change your local one to .html
