"Index" missing in Help and Support

I used to have it, but when I open Help and Support and click on index, the
left side of window goes blank. Anyone know how to get it back?

Actually what happened was when i restarted my computer, the problem still
existed.So i switched it off & started the next day,only to find that
everything is back to normal! So here it was.

How?
