index location

Hi! I would like to transfer my index file to a faster hard drive. Windows
Help suggests a Move command in Index Options control panel. But the
location won't change even after reboot. Any suggestions?

Did you try changing it to a specific folder on the different drive instead
of the entire drive? Also, it could be something do with your permissions on
that drive.
