index / binder tabs within word Doc

i would like to set up a series of binder or index tabs wihtin a manual i am
developing. Result would enable user to more easily move from one section to
the other within the document similar to a the old fashioned section tabs you
find in a binder.

does anyone know if this can be done easily or am i aiming too high.
