Incredimail

I recently instaled Microsoft Service Pack 2 and since then whenever i try to
send a message from incredimail i get an error message at the end saying the
email has not been sent and under the details it just says forbidden.

I tried changing the credentials in properties>advanced but it didnt change
anything.

Can anyone help?
