Hi Leonardo,
Try going to the properties for the logical drive in question, and click on
the 'Quota' tab.
You will see default entires for limiting disk space to users. If the box
labeled 'Enable quota management" is not checked, then quotas are not your
issue and this panel will not help you.
You can change the setting for all users on this page, or you can click the
'Quote Entries...' button to view and edit quota settings for individual
users. Only users who have stored data on that logical drive will be listed
under the Quota Entries window.
