increase print size in Word comment balloons as default

In previous versions of Office it was possible to increase print size and do
a default format on the comment balloons.

Where is the tool to do this now.

Another comment is that there is no category for accessibility issues so I
will put my comment here. The print size on this form cannot be adjusted so
that word wrap occurs. When the Firefox Zoom tool is used the text becomes
so large it goes off the screen and this is an obvious difficulty.

"Now" means Word2007?

Open the Styles panel (Ctrl-Alt-Shift-S). In the lower right corner
click Options. In the "Show What?" dropdown, choose All Files. (Also
choose Alphabetical to make the next step easier). Close the Options
box.

Locate the styles "Balloon Text" and "Comment Text", right-click, and
choose Modify. Change the font size.

You'll probably want to go back to Options and put the "Show What?"
back to "In Use" or "In This Document."
