Increase Partition size

I upgraded my NT4 PDC to Win2000 sever with AD. My c:\
system partition is now to small to do all the critical
patches and service pack upgrades that I need.

Is there a way that I can increase my system partition
without repartitioning and formating?

Can I mount another patition and /or volume safely to
logicaly increase its size?
