Incorrect file display problem in ad server...need help PLEASE

FILES ARE NOT DISPLAYED IN COMPLETE ALPHBETICAL ORDER ON
THE AD SERVER. IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX THIS?



For example, user would see folders, then some files, and
then some more folders even though the sort order is
correct.

User is looking for: RES on Data1 (R:) DOC\AI\SP.

For example, when user does a search for the SP subfolder
it is not listed alphabetically under the AI subfolder of
DOC.

How can I solve this problem?
