Incorrect disk space usage reported in Win Explorer

On one of our windows 2000 servers, windows explorer
reports an incorrect file size for the entire c drive.
Has anyone seen this? If so, is there a KB article
addresing a fix?
 
Please clarify.
Do you mean drive size or file size?
If you are saying the drive size is being misreported, what size does Disk Management report?
