Incorrect create date

In Windows 2000, any document created in Word 2000, lists
its create date as the following day. i.e A document
created on the 26th lists it create date as the 27th.

The timezone and time and date are set correctly on the
machine

Open a new blank document
Press CTRL+F9 and enter {DATE} right click and toggle field
Press CTRL+F9 and enter {CREATEDATE}right click and toggle field.
Select both fields and press F9
You should get two versions of today's date.
What do you get?
