incorrect content advisor supervisor password

Is there a way to change the incorrect content advisor
supervior password or disable it without knowing the
correct password? I enabled the content advisor, entered
my daughters name as the password, entered it again for
verification, but when I type her name it reads that the
password is incorrect.
