Incomplete wireless card install

Hi all,

I stopped the installation of a wireless card midstream
and I noticed I can't send a NET SEND. I don't know if
these have anything to do with one another but I'm
wondering why I can't send NET SEND anymore?

Is that the only "net" command you can't execute? Not that I'm implying
anything, but why did you stop the installation of the wireless card? If
this caused some undesired side-effects, you might consider reinstalling
that device and then uninstalling it properly, so as to rule this out.
