Incomplete publish

I use XP and FP2003 and publish from a local computer to the remote site on
my ISP. I have large site that makes heavy use of nested include pages. Whwn
I change one of the include pages it updates pages OK on my local site but
when I publish not all updated information is reflected on the remote site.
I work around this by forcing a publish of the pages which are still showing
the older contents of the include pages and that solves the problem.

I believe that the problem is caused by memory allocation or somesuch
settings on FP extensionsat ISP end> If this is the case, can someone tell
me what settings I request that my ISP change (they don't seem to konow a
lot abot FP extensions.

Performing a Recalculate Hyperlinks on either the local or remote site does
not solve the problem. Only forcing a publish of the offending pages does.
The remote site seems to only get so far in terms of processing thenested
include pages and then gives up - presumabl due to stack or memory
allocations. (The site is large and complex).
