Incomplete Printing from files

My HP 820Cse Printer prints downloaded info great but the
printing from my file in incomplete and has blank lines
running through the fonts so it is difficult to read.
I would appreciate any help you can give. I've tried
everything that I know (which may not be much) but nothing
works.

Sounds like you need to replace the cartridges (the HP ones come complete
with print head).... thought you might want to try running a couple of
maintenance cycles first... see your printer manual for details.
