Don't know quite where to post this as the Office category
does not seem to have a Photo Editor section...
I have found that even though during its installation
under Windows 2000 Photo Editor associates itself with
jpeg and gif images, it does not seem to know what to do
with one when you ask it to open it.
When, in a file management app, you double-click to open a
jpeg (or gif, for that matter) image, the following
message appears...
"No file format information can be found in the registry."
Followed by another dialog box that just restates the
obvious...
"No file format found."
This happens whenever a user is logged on to a network
server account. It does not happen under a local
administrative account.
How can I correct this so students can manipulate graphics
in Office documents under Windows 2000?
Thank you,
